The Band was founded around 1989 by Niki Neecke & Andreas Hess, the Name was taken from the Forrest in the North-East of Basel City / CH. We were sixteen years old, the head in the clouds and full of sunshine. It is our legacy to Psychedelica and Punkrock.
We played and recorded in our rooms and in the basements of our parents houses on 4-Track- and later 6-Track Tapemachines. Instruments we had that time were: Yamaha PSS470, Yamaha PS-3, Guitars and Bass, Drums, Violin, Piano, Radio, Roland D50, Akai X7000, Mattel Synsonics, Yamaha QY-10, Ensonic ESQ1 and some Boss-guitarFX... Between 1989 untill 1993 Nadia Leonti shared our spirit in many sessions and enriched our music with her shining talent. From 1994 untill the final ending in 1996 we changed into a more metal-oriented Rockband together with Hannes Renk and Jürg Schulze... these times are far away now, Next to our remaining memories there exists a suitcase full of tapes.
